If you are connecting to this site via FTP, then please use an FTP program that will do active connections. Due to the way the firewall works, passive FTP connections will fail and the FTP server has therefore been set up to reject passive commands. Web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox or SeaMonkey normally use passive FTP connections and will not work.
